That's so ridiculously awesome. I've never watched the show, but it's so cool.

Oh my gosh Melissa! Gossip Girl is one of my favorite tv shows (guilty pleasure!). And you KNOW Eric is one of the coolest characters- that's so cool he wanted to buy your book!

Sweet!

By the way, I gobbled up the book over the weekend, and I loved it: equal parts emotional journey and historical record for the ages. Well done, Melissa! (And thanks for signing my copy and my sister's!)

Others pay billions to get product placement in a show like Gossip Girl and you are sponsored "for free".... you rule the world.

I live in Germany and just read your book today (right through from beginning to end in some hours). It's amazing and brought back all those crazy, sweet, exciting times. I love it! Congrats!

Fictional bookstores that carry Harry, A History:

1) Flourish and Blotts
2) Barnes and Noble where fictional characters shop

Awesome! :)

That is hilariously awesome!

okay, that is effing rad. :->>>

Product placement at it's best. Most companies pay thousands for a mention in a show like Gossip Girls. This is great.

Yes! Pop culture and reading look nice together!

Someone get out a Divination book cause that has to be a sign and I have no idea of what..

WHAT?

ur takin ova da world.

Gossip Girl is produced by Josh Schwartz, who also does Chuck, which is filled with geek references (tonight's episode had a reference to Vogon poetry). I guess some had to spill over!

I didn't know Gossip Girl had geeks! That is awesome.

E!!! was looking to buy your!!!! book!!!!!!
ZOMG!
xoxo,
Lizzie :)

That is sooo cool. haha. Harry, A History is very famous :)

Woah. How does something like that happen?
That's cool in an awesome and bizarre kind of way.

Again, best wishes Melissa.
Your book is amazing and is certainly receiving the respect and notoriety it deserves.

Ha! That is really interesting. More publicity for your awesome book! I enjoyed reading it tremendously! Brought back a lot of fond memories over the past few years!
